At Heartworks, our Infant classrooms are for children as young as 6 weeks old up to 24 months old. Our Toddler rooms range from 24 months to 3 years old. And our Preschool & Pre-K rooms are for children 3 years old and older. Our classroom environments are carefully set up with the intention of fostering exploration, curiosity, and learning at every age.

Tuition is based on your child’s age and your schedule needs. If you’re enrolling more than one child, we offer a 10% discount on the oldest child’s tuition. Connect with our Enrollment team for a personalized overview and exact rates.

Yes—every Heartworks teacher and staff member is trained in essential safety protocols. This includes CPR and First Aid certification, along with ongoing training in emergency preparedness, supervision, and health and hygiene practices to help ensure a safe, supportive environment for every child.

Yes—conducting thorough background checks is an important part of our hiring process. All Heartworks employees complete comprehensive state and federal screenings before joining our team, helping us maintain a safe, secure environment for every child and family.

At Heartworks, maintaining a healthy environment is a shared responsibility between families, educators, and staff. We follow a detailed illness policy, which is reviewed with every family at enrollment.
